Frustration and anger are common reactions to CFS and fibromayalgia. Here are three ways to respond if you're feeling irritable or angry.
 
Step 1: Take a Rest Break
Irritability is a frequent symptom. Take it as a sign that you're out of your limit and take a rest break.
 
Step 2: Plan Your Response
If you feel frustrated when people give you advice or frustrate you in other ways, plan how you will respond. 
 
Step 3: Relax Daily 
A regular stress reduction practice can reduce your susceptibility to frustration.
