Suggested Steps for Loss

 

Step 1: Recognize Grief is a Process
Remind yourself that grief is your companion as you adjust your life. Feelings of sadness are part of the process as you move toward a new life. [need more here, something more specific]
 
Step 2: Get Support
Find family members, friends, others with CFS/FM or counselors who will acknowledge your struggle and the magnitude of the adjustments needed. Seek out people who have come out on the other side of grief and are models of successful adjustment to CFS/FM.
