Suggested Steps for Relapses

 

1) Change How You Respond to Relapses
Allow yourself to take extra rest for two or three days after your next relapse appears to be over. During the relapse, use supportive self-talk.
 
2) Identify Your Relapse Warning Signs
Review your most recent two or three relapses and ask how you were feeling just as the relapse began.
